2008 Olympic Trials
In 2008 Olympic swimming trials, Brendan Hansen failed to qualify for the Olympics team in 200 meter breaststroke. This came as a shocker as Hansen was a world record holder a month before the trials.
Brendan has already proved himself as one of the master’s of the breaststroke swimming. However, he has achieved this through tough training and work out sessions. Hansen has nailed down an almost perfect training routine. He dives into the pool and gives out everything he has physically and mentally; he drains himself completely and pushes to the maximum level in a bid to make himself better.
Brendan Hansen is 2 time Olympic gold medalist and was the captain of 2008 Beijing Olympics U.S. swimming team. Brendan shares his techniques for breaststroke swimming.
